Dragon Release
The Dragon Quarterly Release includes the ServiceNow Incident Sync, OAuth 2.0 client credentials support, custom domains for public status pages, custom group properties, and more:
- ServiceNow Incident Sync: Link incidents between xMatters and ServiceNow, ensuring updates made in the xMatters Incident Console automatically appear.
- Data sync support for ServiceNow groups: Sync ServiceNow groups and their members into xMatters so teams stay aligned and manual setup is reduced.
- Custom domains for public status pages: Publish status updates under your own domain to increase trust and credibility during incidents.
- Custom group properties: Organize teams more effectively by defining organization-specific metadata so responders can quickly understand which groups should be engaged during an incident.
