Notes
  • CloudSync does not synchronize Company Administrators and Super Administrators.
  • Language will be set to English.
  • If Custom Field is of type List, then only values specified in the web user interface are synchronized. For example, assume there is a Custom Field named First Aid Level of type List for which the values specified in the web user interface are Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. In this case, CloudSync will not synchronize Users with any other values (e.g., Level 4).
  • Roles must match or be mapped to something that is specific to xMatters. Additionally, interaction between Roles must be mapped with an xMatters Consultant.
  • LDAP logins:
    • If a Custom Field of type Password and name xMod Password is present, the Custom Field's value will be used as the login password (otherwise, the User would be locked out indefinitely by password policy, and the administrator would have to manually unlock the user after a DR switchover).
    • Users with LDAP authentication will always be processed by EPIC, while other users are processed only if changes were made.
