Recent Alerts report

The Recent Alerts report, formerly known as the Alerts Report, shows you all alerts that occurred within the previous 12 hours, as well as a 30-day archive of alerts. It is particularly useful when attempting to find a specific alert or incident ID within a certain time period.

You can use the Recent Alerts report to determine what happened with a particular management system ticket (based on an incident ID), and then use the link within the report to view the alert details and drill into more detailed information about specific notifications. You can also suspend and resume alerts via this report.

For alerts with long descriptions, move the pointer over the ellipsis (the '...' symbol) at the end of the line to display a pop-up with the full alert description.
