Recent Events report

The Recent Events report, formerly known as the Events Report, shows you all events that occurred within the previous 12 hours, as well as a 30-day archive of events. It is particularly useful when attempting to find a specific event or incident ID within a certain time period.

You can use the Recent Events report to determine what happened with a particular management system ticket (based on an incident ID), and then use the link within the report to view the event details and drill into more detailed information about specific notifications. You can also suspend and resume events via this report.

For events with long descriptions, move the pointer over the ellipsis (the '...' symbol) at the end of the line to display a pop-up with the full event description.
