View an average response time report
The Average Response Time Report displays a graphical representation of the average time it takes a group or user to respond to notifications. The time is calculated from when a group or user is scheduled to be notified for an event to when xMatters receives a response.
To view an Average Response Time Report for a group or user, click the Trending Report button (bar graph icon) next to their name on the User or Group Performance Report.
By default, the timeframe displayed in the report matches the timeframe specified in the User or Group Performance Report; you can specify a different date range using the Start Date and End Date fields. The bars on the graph scale automatically based on the timeframe: for reports that span three or more months, each bar represents a week; for reports of less than three months duration, each bar represents a day.
