Access scenarios

There are two ways to work with scenarios. Users with permissions to manage scenarios can access scenarios through the form's send page (see Create and manage scenarios on a message form). Users with the Developer role can also access scenarios from the Workflows tab, as described below.

To access scenarios from the Workflows tab:
  1. In the list of workflows, locate the workflow you want to work with and click it's name.
  2. Locate the form you want to work with, click its Edit drop-down list and select Scenarios.

  1. In the resulting dialog box, do one of the following:
    1. To modify an existing scenario, click its Edit button.
    2. To define a new scenario for the form, click Create Scenario.
    3. To set scenario permissions, click Permissions (for details, see Configure scenario permissions).
  2. Specify the available scenario settings as required, and then click Save.
  3. Click Close.
