Create and manage scenarios on a message form

Users with the proper permissions can create, modify, rename, and specify permissions for communication plan scenarios from the page used to send the form. This is meant to facilitate scenario creation and modification for those users who do not have access to the communication plan builder (which includes a different workflow for scenario creation and management).

Scenario options on the message form

Creating and modifying scenarios from this page essentially involves configuring the form as required, naming the scenario, and then saving it. To save time when creating several similar scenarios, you can use an existing form as a template for a new scenario.

The following instructions assume that the selected form includes at least one scenario. If no scenario exists for a form, the form-level defaults are automatically loaded when the form is selected.
