Space Invaders Quarterly Release
The Space Invaders Quarterly Release includes new service types, incident tasks, a redesigned on-call group calendar, updates to the Notifications report, and more:
- Service types: Designate a service as ‘Application’ or ‘Technical’ so teams can effectively respond and prioritize resources.
- Incident tasks: Add, assign, and update tasks from a dedicated ‘Tasks’ section so everyone knows who is working on what.
- On-call scheduling: Navigate and organize your group's shifts, 'Highlight Gaps' in coverage, and clearly view and update shifts’ time zones.
- Reporting updates: Visualize and find the information you need with new filters, columns, and data charts in the Notifications report.
