Valid field values
This section describes valid values for fields that are common to more than one ZipSync archive file.
Valid role values
The following list shows the valid role values in out-of-the-box deployments. Your xMatters system may contain customized roles that are not included in this list, and some of these values might not be available on your system. You can find the roles available to your xMatters system by logging on to the user interface and clicking Admin > Roles.
Use these values for the OBSERVER_LIST field of the ds_groups.csv file, and the ROLES_LIST field of the ds_users.csv file.
