Manage custom steps and triggers

Flow Designer contains step management features to help manage permissions, share steps across your organization, and keep your incident resolution workflows up and running while adapting them to changing requirements.

These features let you manage your custom steps and HTTP triggers:

• Sharing lets you share steps across your organization, driving consistency. You can also set permissions for the step: who can use it versus who can edit it.
• Copying steps gives you more flexibility to reuse steps and lets you more efficiently create similar steps by enabling you to use an existing step as a template, without linking it to the original.
• Creating versions of a single step enables you to make changes to a step without impacting any versions currently used in your flows while still maintaining the link to those other versions.
