View previously sent messages

You can use the View Sent Messages page to search for messages you sent to other users or groups in the system. You can also forward previously sent messages, or review the alert and message details.

To view sent messages:

1. Log in to xMatters, and then click Messaging.
2. In the top right corner of the messaging screen, click View Sent Messages.
   1. xMatters displays the Messages Sent By page.

3. To search for messages, use the Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time fields to specify a date or time range.
   1. The Domain Name field refers to a deprecated system architecture. You can leave this set to All.
4. Click Show Sent Messages to display all messages that match your criteria.

Note: You can view the email and text (SMS) messages sent for an alert from the Message tab of the alert.
