Incident overview

When added to the layout of a flow trigger form, the Incident Overview section allows incident initiators to enter key incident information.

This section requires incident initiators add a brief summary, a more detailed description, and the severity of the incident. Any values you enter on the form layout become the default values displayed to someone using the form.
