As an xMatters user, you can set up your own devices such as phones, email, SMS, and pagers so that you’re notified on your preferred device and schedule. xMatters also allows you to manage your personal details, view your schedule and group membership, and specify who will receive your notifications when you are away or otherwise unavailable.

The xMatters Inbox is your hub for everything related to incident notifications. Here, you can access to your notifications, expand alert details, add comments, track your past responses, and prioritize your active or most recent alerts.
