Override responses
When added to the layout of a messaging form, the Response Overrides section allows message senders to edit response options before sending a message.
This section gives message senders the ability to edit the response number and order, configure text, email, or voice responses (and recordings), associate responses with a conference bridge, and configure contribution values, response actions, response counts, and response URL redirects.
The conference bridge section must be included on the message form layout to allow message senders to associate responses with a conference bridge. The Count Responses option must be enabled on the Recipients section of the form layout to allow message senders to specify whether a response should be added to the response count.

Show or hide the Response Overrides section and its elements
You can choose whether the Response Overrides section is displayed to the message sender. In effect, hiding or displaying the section controls whether the message sender can edit its values. Your organization may have very clear policies about who can define these values, and in such cases you may choose to hide the Response Overrides section to prevent changes to the values you define as a form designer. In other situations, you may want to allow message senders to change responses before sending a message.
