View user on-call schedules and group membership
You can view on-call schedule and group membership information for a user from their user profile.

The schedule displays the current on-call status for a user and their upcoming on-call schedule. It shows at-a-glance how long the user is on-call, which groups they are on-call for, when they are next-on-call, and if they've been assigned to temporarily replace another user.
To view a user's on-call schedule:
- Click the Users tab.
- Find the user whose schedule you want to view, and click on their name. For more information on finding users on the Users page, see Find Users.
- xMatters displays the schedule tab of the select user's profile. For more information about viewing a user's schedule and managing temporary replacements, see Schedule.

You can view the number of groups a user is a member of from the Groups tab of their user profile.
This page lists the groups that a user belongs to. If you have permission to view or manage any of the listed groups, the name of the group will be a link that you can click on to view the group details. You can also remove the user from a group directly from their Groups tab by opening the More Options menu (the three vertical dots at the right side of a group row) and clicking Remove from group.
For more information about the group membership page, see View your group membership.
Indirect group membership
A user indirectly belongs to a group when one of the groups they belong to directly is a member of another group. For example, assume Mary McBride is a team member of a coverage within the Network Admin group, and that the Network Admin group is a member of a shift within the Customer Support group. As a result, Mary McBride directly belongs to the Network Admin group, and indirectly belongs to the Customer Support group. Groups that a user indirectly belongs to are not listed on the group membership page.
